    Irgendwo im Nirgendwo, jen­seits von Raum und Zeit, brö­ckelt ein Schloss vor sich hin. Es hat nur drei Bewohnerinnen, die bei per­ma­nent som­mer­li­chem Wetter in leich­te Bekleidung und blen­den­des Licht gehüllt ein auf den ers­ten Blick sorg­lo­ses Leben füh­ren. Doch da ist noch etwas. Eine Stimme, die aus jedem Winkel des Hauses den Takt angibt – sie erklärt, wie gut es die Mädchen haben, wäh­rend die­se regel­mä­ßig Rechenschaft able­gen müs­sen.
    Aber in den weni­gen Momenten, in denen sich die jun­gen Frauen unbe­ob­ach­tet füh­len, üben sie für den Ernstfall – für den Moment, in dem sie die­sen Ort ver­las­sen. Denn trotz aller Idylle ist nicht ersicht­lich, ob es sich um das Paradies oder ein streng kon­trol­lier­tes Gefängnis han­delt – Gehirnwäsche inklu­si­ve.
    In for­mal redu­zier­ten, erst nach und nach ihre Geheimnisse preis­ge­ben­den Szenen kippt die schein­ba­re Utopie lang­sam in eine Dystopie und ent­wi­ckelt sich damit zur Parabel über Zuckerbrot und Peitsche, Methoden der Bestrafung und die sub­ti­le Installation eines tota­li­tä­ren Apparats.
