As their divorce comes through, Miriam and Antoine Besson have not\u00adhing left to say to each other \u2013 what has still to be sett\u00adled is now done through their lawy\u00aders. Caught in the midd\u00adle are their aff\u00adlic\u00adted child\u00adren, the young adult Jos\u00e9phine and her youn\u00adger brot\u00adher, Julien. The fami\u00adly court deci\u00addes that both par\u00adents should get cus\u00adt\u00adody of their son \u2013 a bit\u00adter pill for Miriam to swal\u00adlow, as she thinks her ex-hus\u00adband is out of con\u00adtrol and dan\u00adge\u00adrous. The situa\u00adti\u00adon pro\u00adves par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly dif\u00adfi\u00adcult for Julien, who is forced to navi\u00adga\u00adte both the emo\u00adtio\u00adnal world of his bel\u00adoved mother and that of her polar oppo\u00adsi\u00adte, his father. As the situa\u00adti\u00adon beg\u00adins to esca\u00adla\u00adte, the boy tri\u00ades ever\u00ady\u00adthing to pre\u00advent the worst from happening.
