54-year-old Teresa has work\u00aded for deca\u00addes as a live-in maid with a fami\u00adly in Buenos Aires. When the fami\u00adly sells the house, she is forced to take a job in the distant town of San Juan. Although fee\u00adling uncom\u00adfor\u00adta\u00adble with tra\u00adve\u00adling, she embarks on a jour\u00adney through the desert. During her first stop, in the land of the mira\u00adcu\u00adlous \u201cSaint Correa\u201d, she loses her bag with all her belon\u00adgings. This unex\u00adpec\u00adted inci\u00addent leads her to cross paths with El Gringo, a tra\u00adve\u00adling sales\u00adman, the only one who can help Teresa find her bag. What see\u00admed like the end of her world will ulti\u00adm\u00adate\u00adly pro\u00adve her salvation.<\/p>\n
