Fernando, a soli\u00adta\u00adry orni\u00adtho\u00adlo\u00adgist, is loo\u00adking for black storks, a spe\u00adci\u00ades under thre\u00adat, along a remo\u00adte river in nor\u00adt\u00adhern Portugal, when he is swept away by the rapids. Rescued by a cou\u00adple of Chinese pil\u00adgrims on the road to Santiago de Compostela, he plun\u00adges into an eerie and dark forest, try\u00ading to get back on his track. But gra\u00addu\u00adal\u00adly, as he encoun\u00adters unex\u00adpec\u00adted and uncan\u00adny obs\u00adta\u00adcles and peo\u00adp\u00adle who put him to the test, Fernando is impel\u00adled to extre\u00adme actions which trans\u00adform him. Little by litt\u00adle, he beco\u00admes a dif\u00adfe\u00adrent man, inspi\u00adred, mul\u00adti-face\u00adted and final\u00adly, total\u00adly enlightened.<\/p>\n
