One has a sexu\u00adal encoun\u00adter with ano\u00adther man, wit\u00adhout hims\u00adelf expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adcing it eit\u00adher as an expres\u00adsi\u00adon of homo\u00adse\u00adxu\u00adal lon\u00adgings or infi\u00adde\u00adli\u00adty. The other sud\u00adden\u00adly expe\u00adri\u00aden\u00adces noc\u00adturnal dreams in which he is seen as a woman. This con\u00adfu\u00adses and dis\u00adturbs him. He beg\u00adins to won\u00adder to what ext\u00adent the gaze of others shapes his per\u00adso\u00adna\u00adli\u00adty and whe\u00adther the\u00adre are aspects of hims\u00adelf that he has sup\u00adpres\u00adsed, ther\u00adeby limi\u00adting hims\u00adelf.<br>In Dag Johan Haugerud\u2019s <em>Sex<\/em>, the chim\u00adney is swept befo\u00adre we get down to busi\u00adness.
