The event almost fai\u00adled to hap\u00adpen \u2013 befo\u00adre a for\u00admi\u00adda\u00adble German teen\u00adager, the 18-year-old Vera Brandes, pulls out all the stops and arran\u00adges the con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons for the crea\u00adti\u00adon of a mas\u00adter\u00adpie\u00adce. Vera, who is still at school when she starts pro\u00addu\u00adcing and pro\u00admo\u00adting con\u00adcerts in Cologne, puts ever\u00ady\u00adthing on the line to stage this show.
