Celebrated pho\u00adto\u00adgrapher, crea\u00adti\u00adve direc\u00adtor and film\u00adma\u00adker Anton Corbijn\u2019s first fea\u00adture docu\u00admen\u00adta\u00adry SQUARING<\/span> THE<\/span> CIRCLE<\/span> (THE<\/span> STORY<\/span> OF<\/span> HIPGNOSIS<\/span>) tells the sto\u00adry of Storm Thorgerson and Aubrey \u201cPo\u201d Powell, the crea\u00adti\u00adve geni\u00adu\u00adses behind the ico\u00adnic album art design stu\u00addio, Hipgnosis, respon\u00adsi\u00adble for some of the most reco\u00adgnizable album covers of all time. They for\u00admed Hipgnosis in Cambridge during the fer\u00adment of the six\u00adties and beca\u00adme rock royal\u00adty during the boom time of the seven\u00adties. They con\u00adju\u00adred into exis\u00adtence sights that no one had pre\u00advious\u00adly thought pos\u00adsi\u00adble, pro\u00addu\u00adced visu\u00adals which popu\u00adla\u00adri\u00adzed music that had pre\u00advious\u00adly been con\u00adside\u00adred frin\u00adge, and were at the white-hot cen\u00adter of the mad\u00addest, fun\u00adniest and most crea\u00adti\u00adve era in the histo\u00adry of popu\u00adlar music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
