Irina (43), a sin\u00adgle mother from Ukraine, lives with her son Igor (13) in a small Czech bor\u00adder town. One night she dis\u00adco\u00advers that Igor has been assaul\u00adted by three atta\u00adckers and her who\u00adle world comes cras\u00adhing down. When Igor wakes up from anaes\u00adthe\u00adsia he claims that the atta\u00adckers were Roma. Since then Irina fights for jus\u00adti\u00adce and demands the socie\u00adty to rise up and punish the cul\u00adprits. As times goes on, she beg\u00adins to spot incon\u00adsis\u00adten\u00adci\u00ades in his ver\u00adsi\u00adons of the attack. Ultimately, when the socie\u00adty is emo\u00adtiona\u00adly moved by the attack, Igor admits to Irina that he made up the who\u00adle sto\u00adry. The ensuing march against vio\u00adlence, dedi\u00adca\u00adted to Igor and Irina as vic\u00adtims, dete\u00adrio\u00adra\u00adtes into a vio\u00adlent neo-Nazi cam\u00adpaign. When in the last moment Irina tri\u00ades to call it off, she con\u00adfronts the resis\u00adtance of the mecha\u00adnism and she\u2019s to con\u00adti\u00adnue what her son began, lie, and take part in the march as a vic\u00adtim. The con\u00adse\u00adquen\u00adces are too seve\u00adre for both to bear wit\u00adhout con\u00adse\u00adquence or with a clear conscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
