\u201e<\/span>The Good Boss\u201d takes place in and around the Blancos B\u00e1sculas fac\u00adto\u00adry, whe\u00adre all things must be in balan\u00adce at all times. After all, they manu\u00adfac\u00adtu\u00adre sca\u00adles of all shapes and sizes. There, the see\u00admingly bene\u00advo\u00adlent boss, Bardem\u2019s Blanco, is pre\u00adpa\u00adring his work\u00adforce for an upco\u00adming inspec\u00adtion by a group visi\u00adting local busi\u00adnesses to sel\u00adect one for a pres\u00adti\u00adgious pri\u00adze. Tensions begin to mount, howe\u00adver, when recent\u00adly fired employee Jose shows up with his two child\u00adren and beg\u00adins making demands for the rein\u00adstate\u00adment of his employ\u00adment. When Blanco\u2019s manage\u00adment team refu\u00adses, the employee beg\u00adins a one man cru\u00adsa\u00adde to dis\u00adcredit Blanco and pre\u00advent him from win\u00adning the much-cove\u00adted award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
